about me

My name is Jamis Charles. I grew up in a bilingual home in Switzerland until I moved to the states when I was fifteen. I'm have a B.S. in Computer Information Technology. For work, I am employed at USAA as a User Interface Designer.

I love designing in Photoshop and then building the site by hand using HTML-Kit, with valid XHTML and CSS. I'm an advocate of web standards and CSS, and enjoy doing some freelance work on the side. I'm trying to improve my designs in any way I can, so if you have any constructive criticism, let me have it.
